Start Line Loading
Know when and where to load the start line before the race.
To help everyone load onto Charles Street smoothly, we have broken our bibs into two colors this year—pink and blue.
Your bib color is based on the estimated finish time you provided at registration:
Pink Bibs (Wave 1)
Estimated finish time of 1:02 or faster (approximately a 10-minute-per-mile pace or faster). Enter Charles Street at the crosswalk to the Public Garden.
Blue Bibs (Wave 2)
Estimated finish time of 1:02 or more (10-minute-per-mile pace or greater). Enter Charles Street at the intersection of Boylston and Charles Streets.
Not sure what time you entered? Don’t worry, we’ll email you before the race with your seeding information
Everyone starts together at 9:00 AM. The start line seeding announcements will begin at approximately 8:30 AM.
Running with a friend who has a different color bib? Both of you should use the Blue Bib entrance.
Most importantly, listen for corral-loading announcements and follow the volunteers holding your seeding signs.
