Group Training Runs

Thursday night workouts just got way more fun.

New for 2018, we’re teaming up with Reebok to host four “Tempo Thursday” group runs and one “Shakeout Saturday” group run on race weekend. The runs are FREE, open to all ability levels, and available for registered runners and their guests. All attendees will have 50% discounts available from the Reebok store, access to coaching and running tips, and an awesome group of fellow athletes aiming for a great race on October 8.

Tempo Thursdays
August 16, August 30, September 13, and September 27 at 5:30 PM

Shake-out Saturday (Race Weekend)
Saturday, October 6 at 12:30 PM

Full Schedule:

Training Run 4 – Thursday, September 27

  • 5:30 PM – Guest arrival, changing, and gear check
  • 5:45 PM – Clinical guidance and coaching
  • 6:00 PM – Workout (53 minutes) Tempo Thursdays (4/4) 10 min. warm-up, 20 min. tempo run, 3 min. recovery jog, 15 min. at goal 10K pace, 5 min. cool-down
  • 6:50 PM – Post-run recap, remarks, and discounted shopping

Training Run 5 – Saturday, October 6 – Shakeout Run 

  • 12:30 PM – Guest arrival, changing, and gear check
  • 1:00 PM – Clinical guidance (15 minute talk)
  • 1:20 PM – 2.2 mile shake out run (25–30 minutes)
  • 2:00 PM – Post-run recap, remarks, and discounted shopping
